Currently, we are receiving a large number of requests. For smooth application and results, we ask for your cooperation in the following points.
- Please complete the application form and necessary data submitted to you within 3 days at the latest. * 1
- Please return the mail within one week at the latest. * 1
- If the transfer deadline has passed, please do not make a deposit to us.
- If more than two weeks have passed since the first interview, the consultation fee cannot be included in the case fee.
- We do not retain information on projects that have not been formally requested, so even if you are told that you have consulted before, we will not be able to take over.
- As a result of your case, we will also receive and hand over your residence card in order, so please do not rush us. Just wait. We will inform you of the good results.
- If there is no progress for more than one month after the official acceptance (* 2), it may be treated as a cancellation. In this case, the start fee will be refunded after the expenses have been settled.
* 1 Please note that if it takes more than the above number of days, other projects will be prioritized.
* 2 For example, when you obtain your own certificate of employment, and it has passed without any contact with us for more than a month.
現在，多数の案件をご依頼頂いております。順番に対応しておりますが，スムーズな申請と結果のため，以下の点，ご協力頂きますようお願いいたします。
- 申請用フォーム，必要事項のデータ提出は遅くとも３日以内にお願いします。＊１
- 郵便物の返送については，遅くとも1週間以内にお願いします。＊１
- お振込み期限を過ぎた場合，絶対に入金しないでください。
- 初回面談から2週間以上経過した場合は，相談料を案件報酬に含めることはできません。
- 正式にご依頼頂いていない案件の情報は保持しておりませんので，「前に相談した」という内容で引き継ぎをすることはできません。
- 結果通知から在留カード受領，お渡しについても，順番にやっておりますので，急かすような連絡は控えてください。
- 正式受任後，1か月以上進展がない場合（＊２），キャンセル扱いとさせて頂く場合があります。この場合，経費を精算した後，着手金を返金します。
＊１ 上記日数よりかかりますと，他の案件と前後することをご了承ください。（あなたからの依頼より後の他の案件が優先されるということです。）
＊２ 例えば，ご自身の在職証明書を取得されるような場合で，1か月以上何ら連絡がなく経過したようなときのことです。
