Important Matters
Please thoroughly read the following terms and proceed with your request only if you are in agreement. Should you have any queries or require further clarification, do not hesitate to ask.
- The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. In particular, we will not respond in any way to requests for refunds when a client attempts to change the nature of their request after engagement, often due to the discovery of illegal activities, and our firm does not agree to these changes.
- In addition to the agreed-upon fee, a revenue stamp of 4,000 yen is typically required upon visa approval. Additionally, various postage and other charges will be settled separately.
- If you submit false documents to our office, or attempt to involve us in any criminal activity, for any reason, the procedure will be suspended immediately. In such cases, there will be no refund of any advance fees or other payments made. Specific examples include documents for a sham marriage or a fake university degree certificate for a fraudulent application.
- The contents of the contract exchanged between the client and our office, whether in written or oral form, shall be subject to a mutual obligation of confidentiality.
- As a general rule, we do not cancel from our side, but if we determine that the execution of the work is difficult, we may stop the procedure. In such cases, we will refund the fees incurred up to that point, deducted from the advance payment. Specific examples include cases where an unrelated third party intervenes and hinders the execution of the work. For instance, if someone claiming to be a friend of the client repeatedly demands to expedite the process, or if we receive an overwhelming number of phone calls, or encounter individuals who cause us to spend unnecessary time and effort on extraneous tasks. and Such as in cases where the client becomes uncontactable despite repeated attempts to reach them.
- If facts that the client failed to disclose to our office during the initial consultation are discovered after we have accepted the case, and if these new developments require additional actions, extra charges may be incurred.
In the event of an application being denied
- During the initial consultation, we carefully assess each case to determine the feasibility of obtaining a visa. If we find that there is no viable chance of success, we will not accept the case. Unlike some legal offices that might take on cases with no potential for success simply to collect an advance fee, we operate on the principle that results are everything. As a result, our visa approval rate is higher than that of other offices. However, in the rare event that a visa application is denied, we commit to resolving the issue and reapplying. In such cases, there are usually no additional charges. This means the fee we quote initially is the total cost for obtaining your visa.
When you make a request, it is assumed that the client has agreed to all of the above terms.
重要事項
- 着手金はいかなる場合も返金しません。クライアントが依頼後に依頼内容を変更しようとして（多くは違法なことが発覚したため），そのことに弊所が応じないから返金してくれという申し出には一切の対応をしません。
- 取り決めたフィー以外に、通常、ビザが許可された場合には4,000円の収入印紙が必要となります。また、各種送料等は別途清算となります。
- 弊所に虚偽の文書を提出した場合や、犯罪行為に加担させようとした場合など、いかなる理由があっても手続きは中断されます。この場合、着手金等の返金は一切行いません。具体的な例としては，偽装結婚のための書類，虚偽申請のための偽の大学卒業証明書等の提出があった場合等。
- 依頼人と弊所の間で交わされた契約の内容（それが文書であっても口頭であっても）は、互いに守秘義務があるものとします。
- 原則として当方からのキャンセルは行いませんが、業務の遂行が困難と判断した場合は手続きを中止することがあります。この場合、その時点までに発生した費用を着手金から差し引いて返金します。具体例としては、無関係の第三者が介入して業務の遂行を妨げる場合などです。例えば、依頼人の友人を名乗る者が手続きを早くするよう何度も要求してきたり、我々に大量の電話をかけてきたり、余計な業務や時間を割かせるような人物が現れた場合などが該当します。又，例えば、依頼人に何度連絡しても連絡が取れない場合などです。
- 依頼人が面談時に当事務所に伝えなかった事実が受任後に判明した場合、新たな対応が必要となった際には追加費用が発生することがあります。
万が一不許可の場合
- 面談時には、各ケースを慎重に評価し、ビザ取得の可能性を判断しています。成功の見込みがないと判断した場合は、そのケースを受任しません。着手金を得る目的で成功の見込みがないケースを受任するリーガルオフィスがある中、私たちはそのようなことはしません。私たちにとって、結果が全てです。そのため、当事務所のビザ許可率は他の事務所よりも高くなっています。しかし、万が一ビザ申請が不許可となった場合は、問題を解決し再申請を行います。このような場合、通常追加費用は発生しません。つまり、最初に提示した金額があなたのビザ取得費用となります。
ご依頼いただく場合は、依頼人が上記全てについて同意したものとみなします。
